TL;DR
All new paid subscriptions (Pro and Scale) are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with VKPrep for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@vkprep.ai and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro or Scale features until the end of your paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
Annual subscriptions provide a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Refund eligibility for annual plans: • First purchase: Full refund within 7 days • Renewal: Pro-rated refund for unused months, if requested within 7 days of renewal date • After 7 days from renewal: No refund issued To request a refund on an annual plan, contact billing@vkprep.ai with your account email and reason.
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Monthly subscriptions after the 7-day guarantee window • Add-on purchases (if applicable) • Accounts suspended or terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service • Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play) — refunds must be requested through those platforms

Include the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful) Our team will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Scale subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which you will be moved to the Free plan. You will not be charged again.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your account and all data remain accessible on the Free plan. We retain your interview history and resume data for 12 months after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vkprep.ai.
Are annual subscriptions eligible for refunds?
Annual plan subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their renewal date will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their subscription, minus any processing fees. Requests after 7 days from the renewal date are not eligible for refunds.
What if VKPrep has extended downtime or a major outage?
If VKPrep experiences an outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours that prevents you from accessing core features, you may be eligible for service credit for the affected period. Contact support@vkprep.ai with details.
How long does a refund take to process?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 3–7 additional business days.
