Please read these Terms carefully before using VKPrep. They govern your use of our platform and services. For questions, contact legal@vkprep.ai.
By accessing or using VKPrep (the "Service"), operated by VisionKai Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use VKPrep. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use VKPrep. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using VKPrep on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@vkprep.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
VKPrep is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use for interview preparation and career development. You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; (e) upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to VKPrep (including resumes, interview recordings, and profile data). By submitting content, you grant VisionKai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your personal content to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
VKPrep, the VisionKai name and logo, and all underlying technology, algorithms, and content (excluding your uploaded content) are the exclusive property of VisionKai Technologies and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
VKPrep is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated feedback will be 100% accurate; (c) using VKPrep will result in a job offer. VKPrep is a preparation tool and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionKai Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use VKPrep. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement under these Terms at any time. You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against VisionKai.
